How does the lifetime guarantee work?
ZEDICED is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry – which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all purchases of Gold Plated/Vermeil jewelry. If your product damages, fades, or breaks during normal wear, the Guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

How long does shipping take?
USPS/EMS Priority Mail is used for all Standard Shipping deliveries, which will arrive within approximately 4-8 business days. Expedited Shipping is also available, and your preferred expedited method can be selected at checkout. Your tracking number will be sent automatically via email. Please allow up to 24 hours after the completion of your purchase for order confirmation to generate. Also, please be aware ZEDICED shipping facility is closed on weekends.

Is your gold plating just like any other company's?
No, our gold plated products are finished using the same quality specifications as our vermeil jewelry. The process we use is the highest quality plating available. This process allows our gold plated jewelry to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to. We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest lasting available.
What is Vermeil?
Vermeil is a term used to describe high-quality jewelry that must meet the following standards:
1.) The base metal is .925 Sterling Silver (no brass, copper, nickel, or tungsten)
2.) The gold karat must be at least 12K. We utilize 24K, 18K and 14K, depending on the piece.
3.) The gold must be at least 2.5 microns thick. This is much thicker than electroplating or typical gold dipped jewelry and will outlast typical gold plated items.
*All Vermeil items are a 925 sterling silver base, except Franco chains which are made of a stainless steel base due to the chain style.*
Is the Jewelry Made With Real Gold/Silver/Rhodium?
Yes, we only use 14-18k yellow gold, real .925 sterling silver, and genuine white/black rhodium and copper/brass. All of our products are thoroughly tested for quality and durability before, during and after production. We meet all regulations set by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Jewelry Vigilance Committee. It should not fade or turn your skin green as long as you take care of it, which is why we offer a lifetime guarantee. More info on jewelry care here.
How should I store/protect my jewelry?
Jewelry should be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.
Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewelry. Gently clean your gold or vermeil jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. Be sure not to over-polish jewelry, especially vermeil, because it can damage the finish.
What to expect after an order?
After an order is placed, it will take between 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Upon confirmation, you will be receiving an email that confirms your order has been shipped out and is heading your way. If a tracking option has been applied you will be able to find a tracking ID attached on your confirmation email.
What is the ZEDICED confirmation number?
Immediately after placing your order we will send an email to the address you provide with an order/invoice number. This is a 5-digit number you can use to reference your order. In the event you need to make a return/exchange, or have any questions about your order status, please provide our customer support team with your name and order number.

What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
ZEDICED accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. To obtain an Authorization Form, please contact customer support via telephone at 1-(800)-664-3197, email email@example.com, or via our customer support chat line. Solid Gold items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Some Solid Gold items may be subject to exchange. Please contact our customer support team if your Solid Gold item is eligible for exchange. Apparel is returnable within 14 days of purchase, if it is in unworn condition with the tags attached.

What does each order come with?
Every item purchased on www.zediced.com comes with an original exclusive ZEDICED Jewelry Box properly wrapped with several layers of bubble wrap and an extra layer of box to ensure that you receive your parcel in top notch condition.
I am an International customer; will I have to pay Import Tax on your website?
No. There will be no payment of import tax on the ZEDICED Shop website; however, you-as the customer-are the importer of record, and you MUST comply with all rules and regulations of your destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS/DHL/UPS/FED EX depending on the weight and size of the product as well as shipping options. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country, however with experience, we will always try our best to pack the item as disclosed as possible.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
